I love what our partner has done for all these wayward plus abandon animals she’s helped over the years. It’s really something to behold. She has taken in so many lost or abandoned pets. And then, he has gotten them back condo or found them modern homes. My partner is as compassionate as they come. But finally, there were so many pets that the Heating as well as A/C device in the condo was struggling. My wife and I looked at several houses before we found a site that made us guess twice.

It was $200,000 over our budget, but I actually wanted the beach house in the hills.

It had a great view of the valley and it was situated in a neighborhood that was up and coming, then before we close on the house, our wife and I had a supplier go to the beach house to perform a full inspection on the inside and outside of the house. The people I was with and I did not guess what to expect from the inspection report and some of the items were very surprising. One of the most surprising items was the fact that the HVAC duct needed to be replaced. The beach house was only 15 years old, but the inspector said there was a lot of disfigure from rodents. He did not see any evidence of rodents inside of the house, but the HVAC duct issues needed to be addressed. The cost for the repairs was going to be a significant amount of cash. The people I was with and I had some other items as well that made us rethink the amount we were offering on the house. The people I was with and I asked the owner to deduct some of these expenses from the final price, so we could have the repairs made. The owners surprised our wife and I when he agreed to lower the price of the house, then even though the HVAC duct needed some major repairs, everything worked out perfectly. The people I was with and I closed on the beach house about multiple weeks after we got the final report from the inspector and our wife and I were able to make all of the changes to the heating and A/C idea as soon as we moved into the house.

My hubby and I spent almost $10,000 to have radiant heated flooring installed in our beach house. The price tag was seriously high and I expected the best quality work. About several weeks after the radiant heated flooring was installed, we had a breakfast celebration with several guests. It was cold outdoors so we decided to use the radiant heated flooring for the first time. It did not live up to the hype and I was honestly quite disappointed. Some areas in the room were seriously hot while other parts of the room felt cold. I told our hubby that we needed to call the supplier to have the problem fixed. He insisted that the supplier did a wonderful job, but I was disgratified with the product. After spending thoUnited Statesnds of dollars, I expected a much better product and a much more evenly heated room. When our hubby went back to the office the next day, I called the supplier. I spoke to the same person that installed radiant heated flooring. I told the guy what I was thinking and how I was feeling. He agreed to come to the beach house to perform a check on all of the radiant heated flooring components. He did not charge myself and others anything for the repair call. I am not sure I would have agreed to spend money anything. The supplier spent about 45 minutes looking at everything and then he told myself and others that there was a big electrical problem that was keeping some of the flooring from working. Thankfully the electric problem was easy to fix.

I knew it was time for a tune-up on the Heating & Air Conditioning system, so I contacted the local repair service, but i have a magnet on the cooling system and the name of the supplier that installed the equipment is listed on the magnet; This makes it seriously easy for myself and others to remember the name of the supplier when I have issues with the unit.

The repairman came to the beach house to look at the Heating & Air Conditioning unit and perform a complete tune up on all of the electrical and mechanical parts! While the repairman was working, he cleaned and worked on the outdoor A/C components.

The guy must have lost his billfold at some point, because I found a billfold on the deck out back, after the repairman left for the day. I assumed that the billfold belonged to the repairman, so I put it on the dining room table and I contacted the supplier that performed the service. I told the lady on the phone that I had a billfold in our possession and I was sure it belonged to the Heating & Air Conditioning specialist… She thanked myself and others for our honesty and asked myself and others to hold onto the billfold. She was going to contact the specialist and tell him that it was at our house… About 30 minutes later, I got a phone call from the repair guy! He was on his way back to the beach house to retrieve the billfold. When the guy arrived, he showed myself and others a picture of his kids. He told myself and others it was the most pressing thing in his billfold.

She worked for the supplier for 6 nights and then our wifey lost her task. She was agitated and devastated by the surprise. I performed as much work as I could on our own and I only called a professional to help with the heating and air conditioner work and the electrical work. He decided to let myself and others sleep, which I thought was easily nice. I thought it was creepy that he sat next to the bed & waited for myself and others to wake up. Also, the furnace wasn’t on at the time. I’ve had a couple of other odd encounters with Jack, but that a single was definitely the strangest. I definitely hope I did not make a mistake when I decided to let a stranger move into our home.
