Handyman services weren’t readily available in my apartment building.

When I moved into my apartment, they told me that there was a handyman maintenance on venue that was available 24 hours a day! When I had a leak in my toilet, and the water was seeping out from underneath it, I called the property management office, and set I needed a handyman… Her first statement was to tell me that they didn’t have a handyman available, i thought that I handyman may be in another apartment, but she said that I would have to wait until they could get in touch with a handyman and send them out, which may take 2 to 3 days.

I assumed it was sewage, laying on my bathroom floor for 2 to 3 days.

I went online and looked for handyman services in my area. I found a single handyman that was available 24/7 and was able to come out to the apartment within several hours. When he walked into the apartment, he could smell the smell and he told me I may make a plumber. He wasn’t sure he was going to be able to handle this kind of problem. He gave me the name and PC number of a plumber that he often to toil with, and said that he would be even-handed with me. He also recommended that since he did handyman services in this apartment building, I may want to submit his charges to the property management office. He even told me to tell them at the property management office that he recommended I hand them the bill! Two days later, I was not only handing them the bill from the handyman services but, also the bill for the plumbing.
