Do you want heat though?

It is funny to me how a family that is unquestionably similar in habits, could be completely strange in personal taste.

When it comes to music, I appreciate country, my Dad appreciates rock, my sibling appreciates metal and mom doesn’t care at all. When it comes to amusement park rides, my dad appreciates rollercoasters and luckily so does my sibling. My Dad appreciates small kiddie rides and I actually prefer rides that involve flying or a great view of the park. Another one of our major differences is preferred temperature. My dad appreciates heated rooms, my Dad appreciates cooled rooms, my sibling usually appreciates warm rooms and I prefer cold rooms. Unlike with all of the other troubles, the central heating, ventilation and A/C entirely has an impact on our relationship, because we all definitely want control over the dial temperature control. My sibling was the main user who would complain about the heat, and try to change the temperature when it was too damn hot. Because of that, my Dad had a smart temperature control installed, and programmed it rapidly to where the temperature could only be changed through her cellphone. That didn’t ever stop my sibling from complaining, so eventually, our parents agreed to update our central air conditioner into a zoned Heating, Ventilation and A/C. With a zoned cooling system in place, each room will have its own temperature that we can adjust accordingly. Although I seriously find my sibling’s complaining aggravating, if we do get a zoned oil furnace, I will be pretty stoked, because without her we might not have gotten a single one. I am unquestionably hoping they are able to go through with their promise.
