An effective gas furnace is key to a successful pup care enterprise

We started a pup care studio, and wintertime is one of the top seasons we have. With pups running all over in the slushy, dirty snow, they get disgusting more quickly than you would think. The pup care shop is consistently booked during those snowy months, as pur-parents want to keep their pups clean for Winter holiday family and Christmas card pics. However, it’s crucial for us to ensure the gas furnace runs while we’re cleaning the pups. Like any human, pups are sensitive to temperature fluctuations, and being wet and chilly could be harmful to their health. Despite the other groomers and us feeling warm and being covered in sweat while we’re doing the cleaning, it’s essential that the pups stay at a comfortable temperature while we’re washing them. We keep the control device set at about 68 while we’re grooming, and adjust it up and down as required. Both of us also make sure to have the gas furnace diagnosed before the chilly weather hits so none of us experiences any faults on a snowy day. Thankfully, the studio has used the same Heating plus A/C contractor for years. The company consistently sends out a qualified expert to examine our gas furnace and heating equipment. A year ago, we had a few more floor vents set up to the pup care shop part to keep the pups from shivering in the winter, which was fabulous. There are no more chilly spots in the area, and it absolutely helps our program run better. The heat gets spread more evenly and we can run the gas furnace at a lower temperature. Having a working and efficient heating program for wintertime pup care is a single of the most essential elements of our shop.
