air conditioning drip problem causes mold

The past few weeks have been easily hectic for me; There is no end in sight! I have been laboring overtime at the office trying to get this project pushed through. On our spare time, I am trying to find our parents an house to rent before they move out here in a week. Some of the locales I have looked at are pretty terrible, then owners don’t seem to want to renovate their units as well as some units have been neglected entirely, i have also come across apartments that have been renovated but they used the cheapest materials as well as businesss they could find so these apartments are also not livable either. One of the greatest complications I have been finding is with the cooling systems in the house buildings, and many of the apartments I have evaluated out have nasty odors coming from the air conditioning units, but another problem I am finding is evidence of bug infestations. The messes have been cleaned up, but you can still tell the bugs live in the apartment. That’s just nasty! I found a locale last weekend that I thought would be great but it turned out to have a big problem. I crawled up in the attic, just to make sure that the roof didn’t leak or anything like that as well as I found a much bigger problem. The air conditioning unit appeared to be leaking as well as creating a mold issue in the attic. I only saw a tiny bit of water but that’s all it takes. A little bit of water dripping over a few weeks or years can cause a easily awful mold problem… So our search continues.
