a/c drip problem causes mold

The past few weeks have been really hectic for me.

There is no end in sight! I have been working overtime at the office trying to get this project pushed through.

On my spare time, I’m trying to find my parents an lake house to rent before they move out here in a week. Some of the locations I have looked at are pretty terrible, owners don’t seem to want to renovate their units plus some units have been neglected entirely; I have also come across apartments that have been renovated but they used the cheapest materials plus corporations they could find so these apartments are also not livable either. One of the biggest problems I have been finding is with the a/cs in the lake house buildings… Many of the apartments I have checked out have nasty aromas coming from the air conditioning units, then another problem I’m finding is evidence of bug infestations. The messes have been cleaned up, but you can still tell the bugs live in the apartment. That’s just nasty! I found a location last weekend that I thought would be fantastic but it turned out to have a huge problem. I crawled up in the attic, just to make sure that the roof did not leak or anything enjoy that plus I found a much larger problem. The air conditioning component appeared to be leaking plus creating a mold issue in the attic. I only saw a tiny bit of water but that’s all it takes. A little bit of water dripping over a few weeks or years can cause a really terrible mold problem, and so my search continues.
