Why are HVAC units so frustrating?
I just do not understand why HVAC units are so frustrating. I wish that HVAC units were a lot easier to own. In my house, I do not think that I have anything more frustrating than my central air conditioner and my furnace. I remember being so excited to own my own house. At the time, I had no idea how difficult it would be to own your own HVAC units. I figured that having my own furnace and central air conditioner only meant that I would be the one that was in complete control over my thermostat. Little did I know that I was going to spend a fortune fixing my HVAC units all of the time. I bought a house with used HVAC units. Now, my HVAC units are not terribly old, but I still have to fix my HVAC units regularly. You never know when you are going to have to fix your HVAC units. You might have a year when you never have to pay for an HVAC repair, and you might have a year where you drain your savings trying to afford all of the HVAC repairs that you have to cover. It is hard feeling confident when you never know if your HVAC unit is going to work. Also, the HVAC companies charge so much money for HVAC repairs. I understand that HVAC companies and HVAC technicians have to make money, but I feel that the HVAC technicians honestly charge way too much money for the HVAC repairs. The common person can barely afford to get their HVAC units fixed. I wish that HVAC units were easier to own, but at least they keep you comfortable most of the time.
