The city was a total disaster after the storm
My city basically looks like a disaster zone.
Numerous cars are flipped upside down plus dwellings are in bits plus pieces. The gas station, firehouse, bank office plus the elementary school have been reduced to rubble pretty much. A few days back, an F3 tornado touched down in our town plus demolished half of the farms, buildings, businesses, plus homes. My property was a single one of the casualties. My family plus I were in the property, but the bunch of us had warning plus the bunch of us got to a safe location in the basement. The study room plus the residing room are the only parts left inside the property. The streets are littered with garbage plus debris from the trees plus properties. I got up super early this morning in a hotel room, because our home is entirely gone. I made the choice to take a walk around town. I sincerely needed to see the destruction with my very own eyes. I noticed hundreds of trees broken in half plus mailboxes scattered all around the streets. One particular thing that caught my eye was an outdoor A/C unit. The A/C equipment was still connected to the hurricane proof pad. I guess the winds must have been severe, because the entire A/C plus pad was resting in the middle of main street. After some additional searching, I observed a huge amount of heating plus cooling devices around the streets. Entire residing room sets plus living room furniture was in the streets. It was seriously the worst disaster that I have seen in nearly fifty years plus I thank god that my family plus I all managed to survive. Others weren’t nearly as lucky when the tornado eventually touched down.
