• I had told my partner I would call, even though I forgot all about it.

When I finally got in touch with the Heating plus A/C business, they weren’t able to send anyone to the condo for almost a week. I was hoping my pal and I would not get much heat before the Heating plus A/C professional arrived. When she finally arrived, she told me she had to be paid up front. At first, I was going to get the checkbook plus pay him, but this didn’t make sense. I had never been asked for money up front, however my next thought was to put the brakes on plus think. I remembered my pal and I had a service plus service agreement, plus it still had another year on it. I told him about the service plus service agreement. We were to have free service plus service for two years, plus I still had another year on the agreement, but she said that didn’t pay the service fee. I wasn’t sure she understood it was a ‘service’ plus service agreement, plus it was paid for when my pal and I obtained the current air conditioning unit. She told me if I had a problem with paying, I could call the Heating plus A/C supplier plus she would leave. I picked up my iphone plus called the Heating plus A/C business, plus she left. I’m wondering if she had a job when she got back to the office. The lady I was talking to was not very gleeful when I told her about the service agreement plus how she was demanding payment upfront.

When my buddy and I moved into the suburbs, my husband and I made a few changes. My fantastic friend and I weren’t allowed to have pets in our apartment, and now, my buddy and I wanted to have a dog, and our kid wanted a hamster. Our dog had a run in the backyard, but it also had the run of the house. The hamster was blissful in its cage where it slept all day and played all evening. When I called the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C company to have our air conditioning system equipment worked on for summer, the receptionist reminded us our creatures were not allowed inside when the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professional arrived. I thought this was different because the air conditioning system equipment was outside. I would have thought my buddy and I would need to keep our creatures inside. My fantastic friend and I found a shady arena for the hamster so he would not roast in the sun. My husband tethered the dog to his run, where he would not interfere with the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professional. When the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professional arrived, he looked around to make sure no creatures were loose, and then he went to the backyard where the A/C equipment was. He saw the dog was tethered and asked if he could get loose. I told him I would have left him inside, but the receptionist reminded me they could not be inside the apartment when the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professional arrived. He laughed and told us he was still in winter mode. My fantastic friend and I could take the hamster back inside, but the dog was nice where he was. He explained they had several Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professionals detrimentd by pets when they weren’t caged or put outside. It was a different ball game during the summer.

I’ve been a bachelor for a long time.

But I’m not one anymore. At the ripe old age of 52, I’m getting married for the first time. I wasn’t so sure that I’d ever find a partner who could mesh with my life, but living out in the woods without central a/c and a fancy home wasn’t exactly elegant for most of the ladies I dated. So I figured that would be just the way it went. I’d date for a while or maybe not. But having a partner and a wifey seemed like a long shot. But there comes with this change some compromise on my part. I don’t work inside a building with commercial Heating and Air Conditioning and I make my living working from home. Like I said I live very simply on a sizable piece of property. My cottage has a sizable stove for heating in the winter season but other than that, there aren’t many amenities. My modern wifey was great and even enjoyed where I lived. But I needed to update my condo a bit for her comfort. That means that I had to make room in my life for residential Heating and Air Conditioning. I feel I went without heating and cooling more from a philosophical standpoint than a comfort standpoint. Yet, care about has the ability to change anyone and so I called the Heating and Air Conditioning professionals. They have installed a pair of ductless heat pumps in my house. And this will be the first Summer that I appreciate any sort of a/c. My associate and I are to be wed in a few weeks and it’s really nice now to be sharing my life and my condo with the person I love. And I’m really sort of excited about the a/c as well.

It’s been a while since I last experienced a/c here in the Summer. Well actually, it’s been a long while since I lived here at all. I’ve been living abroad since just after finishing my Master’s degree. I joined a government department that kept me working outside of the States for the last 30 years. Now that I’m winding my job down, I’m back in my condo region and working from the zone controlled Heating and Air Conditioning of an office. This is a far cry from what I have experienced over all of these years. Mostly, I’ve been in very sizzling locations trying to help build stable economies and modernize developing countries. So the idea of walking into residential Heating and Air Conditioning during that time was not on the radar. I never lived someplace that had central a/c. I mean, there wasn’t even a window air conditioner or anything like that. I come from the south of this country and thought I knew a thing or two about heat and humidity. Well, I had no idea as there are far warmer sites out there. That’s why I’m finding it so tough to get accustomed to all the a/c. I moved back this winter season and that was shock enough even though our region needs little in the way of heating. But now, the a/c seems to be on all the time and it’s only mid March. I still have all the windows open in the place I’m living. I’m hoping the heat pump is in great shape in this apartment. I have no idea since it hasn’t been on a single time yet. I’m wondering if being inside the commercial Heating and Air Conditioning of the office will finally get me to turn on the a/c at home.

The afternoon finally came when I packed up my two fans and the space furnace in my cubicle.

I wasn’t sure that this afternoon would ever come.

It’s not that I got fired or am taking another task elsewhere. The company I work for finally updated the commercial Heating and Air Conditioning in our offices. This was such a point of satisfiedion for the last many years. So much so that I was even looking for other possibilities rather than face another Summer of ineffective a/c at work; You know, it’s not like kneeling in line at a store where the commercial Heating and Air Conditioning isn’t so great. I do not care for that as well but it only takes minutes before I’m either in a modern store or in my automobile with better a/c. Working all Summer in this region without great a/c is just brutal. My associate and I seem to get the worst of the winter season and the Summer. During the Winter, the old commercial Heating and Air Conditioning was also just as ineffective when it came to heating. That’s why I had to bring in my own space furnace and stash it under my desk inside my cubicle, however just as I was about to go for an interview for a lateral transfer to another company, the unthinkable happened. My associate and I got a memo that my friend and I would have to work remotely for a few afternoons while the Heating and Air Conditioning professionals substituted the commercial Heating and Air Conditioning equipment. I came back to the office to find zone controlled Heating and Air Conditioning and a temperature control right near my end of the office. I provided it a couple of afternoons first but it was clear that this Heating and Air Conditioning update was the solution my friend and I had all been wanting. So my fans and space furnace came home.

It’s a wonder that I’ve gotten this far in life without a handbook.

But then again, I’ve never been all that superb when it comes to following directions anyway. But when it came to my health, I was particularly obstinate. That’s because I didn’t want to change my habits. I still wanted to sit all day inside the zone controlled Heating, Ventilation & A/C of the office. And then I wanted to come loft & sit some more inside the central air conditioning of my residing room. Oh & I also wanted to reward myself for going to work with all my favorite food & drink at night. You can imagine what sort of shape I was in after nearly 20 years of this cycle. But then, I found that I didn’t want to do anything outside of the air conditioning of my loft for reasons I didn’t like to admit. I hated the way I looked & I hated the fact that I was so out of shape that I was breathing difficult doing practically anything. Something had to provide & it was my dentist who particularly helped me out. I wasn’t going to do it on my own so I got a trainer who is also a nutritionist & just a good person. She has helped me care about getting out of the air conditioning & getting fit. It took a couple of years even though I did it. And now, I like to do anything that helps my body. That’s why I changed to the sort of air filters I use for the Heating, Ventilation & A/C equipment. I now use a HEPA filter in my house. This has vastly improved my indoor air quality by trapping & removing allergens & pollutants. And that has only improved my respiratory health as well as my immune response.

And this will be the first Summer that I care about any sort of air conditioning. I’m taking it up a notch this Summer when it comes to saving on Heating and Air Conditioning costs, however where I live the Heating and Air Conditioning conversation sure isn’t about the heating; In fact, our heat pump basically hibernates for the entire Winter. I feel calling what my nice friend and I experience winter season is a bit of a misnomer, then that is the season but, it’s far from the sort of weather traditionally considered Winter, however for us, my nice friend and I might yank out the space furnace through the winter season a few times in the afternoon or something, but when you’re talking Heating and Air Conditioning in these parts, it’s all about the air conditioner. I always have been right on top of the cooling in our home, however my dad was the same way inside the central air conditioner of the condo I grew up in. First comes the air conditioner tune up to maximize the heat pump’s efficiency. Then, I prep the condo to preserve a superb seal to keep the air conditioner in. My buddy and I pull the shades and I program the digital thermostat. Well this year, I’m going one more. I noticed that every time I cooked supper last Summer, the heat pump kicked on. So instead of heating up the condo with the stove of oven, I’m using the grill for cooking this Summer. It just makes so much sense to me… And really, it’s not that crucial a deal. It’s so sizzling around here in the Summer that my nice friend and I prefer mostly cold sides like salads and bean salads. That kind of stuff. So any protein that needs to be cooked can be done outside. This should help me hold down the cooling costs even more.
