It’s essentially always uneasy losing loved ones. Growing up I always cherished the times my Grandmother would bake the most delightful cookies, her English rice was excellent, driving through the country or even walking down the dirt road next to her house. She was an incredible woman! Her death was not shocking as she has struggled a bit the last few months. Her property was her last piece of love I have of her besides old pictures plus random quotes I remember her saying. Her property though has taken a toll plus is old on a lot of things. I totally plan on moving in with my youngsters honestly soon but need to do some maintenance things before anything else. The bathtub, god I adore my Grandmother but that needs to go. My youngsters are a little older so I most definitely plan on removing the tub plus just having a shower in the bathroom. I will need someone to check out the foundation as this is a truly old home plus I don’t want any complications with that down the line. I reached out to the local Heating plus A/C equipment business plus wanted to get the gas heating equipment plus the air filters inspected. I also told them I am thinking about getting radiant floors installed so maybe we can get a price check on that. I think I have to get the electrical replaced for the property as well so I might have to do that before the floors are done. He said no issue at all plus he will have a Heating plus A/C professional come out first thing tomorrow morning. There is so much more to do but atleast I have that done on my to-do list.

His dwelling was his last piece of love I have of him besides aged pictures and random quotes I recall him mentioning. His house though has taken a toll and is aged on a lot of things. I plan on moving in with my youngsters absolutely soon however I need to do some maintenance things first. The bathtub, god I love my Grandpa however that needs to go. I also told them I am thinking about getting radiant heated floors installed so possibly we can get a price check on that. I suppose I have to get the electrical equipment updated for the dwelling as well so I might have to do that before the floors are completely finished. He said no concern and he will have an HVAC serviceman come out first thing tomorrow. There is so much more to do however at least I have one more thing ticked off my to-do list.

I have been working all day plus no one told me that there was an issue until I contacted her on my lunch break. My dad picked up the cellphone plus said they are trying to figure out what is actually happening. I instantly got anxiety, called a taxi plus waited. It was pretty muggy plus I was perspiring waiting for the driver to arrive. I jumped in his car plus said we need to go plus please go in a rush. The car felt nice as the a/c was pumping out tons of cool air. Then it reminded me I forgot to turn off the central HVAC machine before I left. I own my own company so I do my best to save money as much as I can manage. It’s nice to have the freedom of owning your own business. Recently I did have a smart temperature control installed so I just pulled out my cell phone plus diagnosed that without worry. Traffic was not very nice plus the driver was undoubtedly sympathetic. He just lost his mother recently so he knows the feeling of uncertainty. We were a couple of blocks away plus my dad called. He said everything is superb plus the health professional said her immune system was a little out of whack… My dad is not the greatest at describing things. The health worker prescribed her some meds plus recommended a few things. Doctor said make sure the lake property isn’t dusty plus keep it clean. Doctor also said to have the a/c filter evaluated. Knowing my dad he hasn’t looked at it or even called an a/c tech to check it out. I told my dad that I’ll set up the appointment very soon.

Winter is a time where Thelma and Louise, the names of our 2 parrots, tend to not be enjoying life.

I personally appreciate the Winter season however not them.

Their cage is in the kitchen directly next to the window so they can enjoy something entirely different. The kitchen isn’t quite the most comfortable place when you spend your whole life mostly in the cage or in 1 room. I personally have the wish to set them free however my wife would easily kill me! The birds were given to us from her late Grandma so I can see the reason why she wouldn’t want to get rid of them. They have picked up some relatively naughty words when they see the snow fall, words not exactly suitable for children. When the snow falls they cuddle up to each other and shiver tremendously. I wasn’t sure if this is because they are scared of the actual snowflakes hitting the trees and ground covering everything. I do let them out of the cage at times, however a single day the snow was really coming down and I let them out and they attempted to fly to the oil furnace and nestled up to it. They stopped shivering after that. I guess that must be the actual drawback. Their cage is next to the window so there might be some chill factor involved with the snow. What can I do to help them out? I called my good pal Pete who works at Pete and Pete heating machine repair and he told me that I can try a section oil furnace for them. I guess I didn’t have the wish to transfer their cage so this sounded sort of like a fantastic idea! I looked online for a section oil furnace for sale and found a single at our local store. This is wonderful to be honest and the birds will be extremely thrilled! I guess I do like them a good amount.
