I need a new landlord
Thankfully, the landlord installed a window air conditioner for me to use until the central air conditioner was replaced
My landlord forgot about the window air conditioner in our house, despite the fact that I don’t have a single place to put the air conditioner, and I am ecstatic that the landlord allowed me to borrow an air conditioner. I have no plan how I would have survived the summer time without the air conditioner that he let me borrow. I have an awesome landlord most of the time, however one of the things that I can say positively about him is that he usually takes care of the Heating plus A/C units. Whenever there is something wrong with our Heating plus A/C units, the landlord calls an Heating plus A/C worker instantaneously plus makes sure that the Heating plus A/C component is fixed, for instance, he recently had an Heating plus A/C worker to replace the central air conditioner in our house. I had no plan that the central air conditioner was worn down. When I started renting the apartment, one of the reasons that I decided to rent the cabin was the central air conditioner, and however, the central air conditioner was acting up, plus I mentioned it to the landlord! The landlord called the Heating plus A/C worker, plus when the landlord called the Heating plus A/C worker, the Heating plus A/C worker informed me that there were extreme complications with the central air conditioner. In fact, the Heating plus A/C worker suggested that the air conditioner be replaced! Unfortunately, that was going to take a while. It was hot, plus I was infuriated about not having an air conditioner. Thankfully, the landlord installed a window air conditioner for me to use until the central air conditioner was replaced. Currently, the central air conditioner is working, but the landlord keeps forgetting to grab the window air conditioner that I do not need. It is just laying in our window for no reason.
