I bought a nice air conditioner.
After I had my little episode with the old window air conditioner, I knew I wasn’t off the hook.
Okay…so I shouldn’t have tried to take the air conditioner out of the window.
Was what I did to drop it out of the window and breakit, all that bad? My husband punished me by telling me I had to buy a new air conditioner. He bought the last one, and I had to buy this one. You would have thought I had broken the air conditioner on purpose. It really was an accident. I don’t know where he thought I was going to get the money for a new air conditioner. I took the checkbook for our shared account and I went shopping. I spent a full day researching the air conditioning unit. I knew exactly what make and model I was going to buy. I didn’t realize that it was too late to just walk into a store and buy an air conditioner. I had to put in an order for it. That wasn’t the easiest thing to do. I found an amazing air conditioner and I asked them if they would order the air conditioner and I wanted to know when it would be delivered. He told me it would be at least two weeks. Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn’t show up in two weeks. It was already getting cool when the air conditioning showed up. It took two months and it was the middle of October when the air conditioning unit was finally delivered to our house.
