Dealing with all of the HVAC technicians in my HVAC company is difficult
I can tell you pretty confidently right now that dealing with all of the HVAC technicians in my HVAC company is more difficult than I realized that it would be.
I never realized how hard it would be to own your own HVAC company.
I used to look forward to going to work every day. I loved working as an HVAC technician. I love fixing furnaces and central air conditioners. Part of the reason that I was so excited about working as an HVAC technician was that I knew that my job as an HVAC technician had an end goal. I planned to start my own HVAC company, so all of my work as an HVAC technician was supposed to help me towards that goal. However, now that I truly do own my own HVAC company, I am not sure if I enjoy my job anymore. I really miss being just a normal HVAC technician. The reason that I do not like owning my own HVAC company is that I do not like dealing with all of the HVAC technicians. I thought that owning the HVAC company would be easy, but really, owning the HVAC company just forced me to learn how to deal with people all day. The HVAC technicians are constantly having problems, and I find myself spending most of my day dealing with all of the problems that the HVAC technicians have. I miss the simpler times when I was only concerned with fixing an HVAC unit.
